![]() One build I have on the jem'hadar light battlecruiser is loaded with cannons and beams, but is focused on grav well 3 and has power set to full aux. The Emergency Weapon Cycle trait is a permanent addition to all my builds. If you don't have any of them though, I would 100% jump all over the arbiter. The Buran is a tough little dreadnought, but personally I felt as though it's a huge waste of zen. The Gagarin Miracle Worker is a great ship. I'll join the choir in that there is no single best ship. A science ship will have more spaces to put science bridge officers to work on, so that they can make their abilities available to you as clickable buttons. Different ships have different stations for your bridge officers, in essence the ship is "weighted" towards one of three career paths one can take, although what career the captain has doesn't dictate what ship you're flying, you can fly science ships with tactical captains no problem. Once that's done i suppose it'll be up to you what you want to do in addition to grilling the enemy. Some of the smaller enemies in the Task Force Operations (TFO) will be dead with one beam cycle. Part one will have you go through the game's missions rather easily. You may get tired of the slow moving big tub and might want to try something nimble and swift, but that's for much later.įirstly, i recommend the baby steps series: You can move around in big circles and learn to keep up with the buff management so that your ship won't explode quite so often. The game is built to have the big ships with the beams be somewhat easier for new players.
